Samples

At Cheapfabrics we offer a complete sample service of all the fabrics available. In order for us to offer you the best possible service and to help us keep our prices low, we make a nominal charge of £0.99 for each swatch with no further charges for postage and packaging.

The average size for each swatch is approx 6" x 4". If you are in any way unsure about your purchase, we always advise customers to order a sample first for personal evaluation of the required fabric.

If you choose to order a product without ordering a sample first and it is not what you expected, we do not refund returns or exchange so please consider purchasing a sample first.

HOW MUCH DO SAMPLES COST?

Samples are charged at 99p each.

WHY IS THERE A CHARGE FOR SAMPLES?

The nominal fee of 99p is to cover costs associated with preparing samples, packing and postal charges.

WHAT SIZE ARE SAMPLES?

For standard guidance a sample will measure approximately 6" x 4".

CAN SAMPLES BE RETURNED?

Cheapfabrics will not issue any sample refunds or accept sample returns and exchanges.

HOW DO I ORDER A SAMPLE?

Ordering a sample is very simple, all you need to do is go to the listing page of the product you are interested in and select 'order sample'. You will then need to proceed to checkout as normal and we will despatch your sample by your chosen delivery option.

Please take into account that dye lots and batches may change inbetween you ordering a sample and placing your order, no matter how short a time period this may be. This is something beyond our control for which we cannot accept responsibility.
