SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDER INFORMATION
Cheapfabrics offer a purchase order facility as we recognise that many schools prefer to place orders using this method. We have always welcomed school orders and have dealt with many academies / government agencies and take pride in delivering a fast and efficient service at affordable prices.
Purchase orders are accepted from UK educational establishments only and must be confirmed in writing.
STEP BY STEP PROCESS TO PLACE AN ORDER
1) Please create an account online and ensure the email address is the same as that on your purchase order. You may then order online and select cheque as your preferred payment method in the checkout procedure. We will then send the order to the school only and kindly request a cheque by return. Alternatively, please use option 2.
2) Complete your school purchase order form with full order details and send to us by post or email to firstname.lastname@example.org We require confirmation on headed stationary/purchase order form from the educational establishment before the order is despatched which should be sent to Cheapfabrics, Gainsborough House, 59-60 Thames Street, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1TX.
Note: It is essential we have a school order number, email and contact name of person who pays the invoice and contact name of the recipient too.
3) You will be invoiced for your order on dispatch. Payment for Purchase Orders may be by cheque or BACS. Payment terms are within 14 days of placing the order. Contact email@example.com for any queries.
All orders should be generated by the school representatives and will only be delivered to the school. No orders will be processed if obtained through a third party.
